One-on-One Education Consulting

As the owner of College Advising and Planning Services, Glenda has helped families navigate the college planning process for over fifteen years. In January 2024, Glenda scaled back on her consulting work to devote more time to writing, much of which concerns college planning. Glenda does still work with students occasionally; however, many times, the answers to their questions can be found in Glenda’s books which are readily available on Amazon. (See below.) Glenda is one of fewer than 500 individuals who have earned the highest credential possible in educational consulting: Certified Educational Planner, and as such, she is committed to helping students succeed in the college planning process whether they speak with her in-person or gain insights from her writing. .

Simplified College Planning

Many students prefer to “do it yourself” when it comes to college planning. Glenda fully supports that idea and has several resources to help you be more effective and efficient.

As one of fewer than four hundred Certified Education Planners in the United States, Glenda frequently shares her knowledge with traditional, private, and home school groups. She is happy to address the topic of education from either a faith-based or a secular worldview. Glenda is a sought-after speaker for college nights, church youth groups, and homeschool conventions. She has spoken on a variety of topics including:
